A Chicago native, he honed his craft at the legendary Gibsons Restaurant Group, where he developed his signature approach to elevated comfort cuisine. His journey also includes being a founding team member at Home Chef, where he helped revolutionize how people experience gourmet cooking at home. With a philosophy rooted in seasonal ingredients and time-honored French techniques, Chef Justin creates dishes that honor tradition while embracing innovation.
